£273k loan against 55% LTV. 55 days overdue but came good, as SS predicted it would. EDIT: Mine has been reversed, as solicitorious noted below. . .

I was surprised to find 12k in my account, since I didn't think I owned any of this PBL. Had assumed that I had misremembered and held some, despite being 55 days overdue. However, the 12K has now been reversed out and I haven't received any money now, though I assume solicitorious has. Very odd that I should be given money by mistake, though this is not the first time. . .

I think you can close it yourself by deleting your original post before anybody replies

Would prefer to have post inserted into this thread with the correct time (which only a mod can do), but just realised I can kind-of do that myself by quoting it... Saw some money appeared in my account, and went to look - it showed a couple of repayments from PBL029... ... which is all very well, but: - the two loan parts I received repayment from are ones the statement shows me as having previously sold. - the two loan parts I was still holding did NOT get repaid, and still showed on my "live loans" list. - I was able to click the buttons to place one of the "live" loan parts on sale, and it seemed to succeed (but it didn't appear on the available loans page). Just as I was writing this, the statement entries have now disappeared (I thought disappearing statement entries was a unique problem to Failing Computations?!), and my balance is down by an amount about equal to what had been my legitimate holdings... I guess savingstream initially pressed the wrong buttons and are in the middle of sorting it all out... Did anyone else see similar oddities? Edit: now got the statement entries for the correct two loan parts' capital repayments... presumably interest to follow... Edit2: interest did indeed follow, for the 2 loan parts I was still holding at repayment time... I'll check whether I was due any from any of the sold ones... Update: No interest credited for sold loan parts, but also unclear whether I'm due any - the "sold loanparts" section of the "my loans" page suggests it was due, but also shows the "end date" of the loans I was originally erroneously paid for as today's date, and the statement suggests those two were bought and sold on the same day. There's another part that looks like it really was held for 2 days, with my account balance overall in credit for one of those... but those 2 days were in january, and not credited on 31 Jan either - I've not been around here long enough to know what's "normal".

I sold ten parts of this loan earlier in February. All of those would have accrued some interest in the time before they were sold. My statement now shows interest credits for six of those parts. What happened to the accrued interest on the other four parts? Is anyone else still similarly missing interest credits? savingstream: Are you still sorting this out?

Sold loads of stuff recently and was concerned about keeping track of accrued interest. Now I have absolutely no evidence any is missing, but your post does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling!

See if you have anything listed in Repaid loans or Sold LoanParts.
