What are people currently experiencing on withdrawal times? I have previously always received money same day, usually with a couple of hours, but I put in a withdrawal request early this morning and yet to have received funds. I tried calling them, but now get through to a call centre......... Try e-mailing them. I believe that they do the money transfer manually; so considering there are 3 loans they are currently dealing with (to go live tomorrow), I'm sure there is just a slight lag. I haven't withdrawn anything recently, but in the past it has taken the next day to receive my funds. I could also be down to your bank.

I thought I had sent them an email, but I just checked I just realised I sent it to the wrong platform.......duh

I emailed them about this on Monday and received the following reply:

Withdrawals are processed on each morning to cover the requests from the day before.

I have made quite a few withdrawals this week (nothing personal - we are buying a house!) and they have all arrived in my account around 10.30am the day after the withdrawal was requested. In fact early morning requests land in my account at 10.30 too

I find that requests placed before about 9.00am usually get processed the same morning.

I must have just missed the cut-off.
