Is anyone else having problems logging in. My partner and I both have accounts with Ratesetter. He is experiencing problems accessing his account. A message comes up stating their is a problem. He is entering the correct details. We both use the same laptop and tablet.. The tablet defaults to my account and he has to change the details, then login, but the laptop has no saved details. Things like this always concern me. I have contacted customer service via the website, but it can take a while for them to reply, which isn't always the best when you can't see what is happening to your funds.

I can log in, but my partner can't. Really strange and a tad worrying to, as it is not down to our laptop, tablet etc.

I've just checked and have no problem logging in. Likewise. I'm currently going between my account and my mother's, and have had no issue at all.

losing the will to live, as now I can't access my account.. my paranoia is going overboard now.. this is really strange.. It is like we have been logged out...but thanks to everyone for checking..

Working fine here. I suggest you contact ratesetter. Try not to lose any sleep over it; it's probably nothing.

Thanks Ribs. I have contacted them, but from past experience they are slow to respond to emails.. states 2 days for response, but will try to respond earlier.. I will phone them, but again, I have done this in the past and it has been constantly engaged. I have sent Kev a personal message, asking him to flag this up to the relevant people. Forgot how to tag him in posts, and I am aware that it is not necessarily his remit to sort out stuff like this, but all the same the sooner it is resolved the happier we both will be. I don't half sound melodramatic.

Hi Kev.. I will do at 9 am.. but previously when I have phoned it has been engaged for ages and I have not been able to hold. Just thought there may be others experiencing this problem and I could address from my end. It is worrying though and it is now both our accounts.

I've had to leave them a phone message as all lines were busy when I just phoned - I assume they are busy finding lots of new borrowers for us all :-)

I assume they are busy finding lots of new borrowers for us all :-)
Customer Services look after both existing lenders and borrowers. RateSetter has over a 100,000 live borrower loans and less than a third this volume of live lenders..... .....And guess which category takes up the majority of Customer Services time?
