There seems to be a problem with this loan like we saw with another loan recently - some loan parts are in the "selling" state, even though there's nothing for sale.

I asked for £300 and got £363! one part of £83 and one of £280. I did alter my pre-fund to £300 earlier today, so I am guessing that I must have had it at £1000 earlier, but I got the 28% allocation for both. I'm waiting to see if anything gets wound back before I start transfering money in or selling stuff. you must have had £280 in 4a/4b Aha, thanks for that, the whole rollover from PBL4 thing completely passed me by.

Looking like: £2.688m land loan £500k tranche 1 Making £3.188m open to investment, £2.1m of that to roll over leaving £1.088m available for new investment. Bottom up fill. More than £1M of new funding, yet allocated bottom-up. Interesting. All I can say is that I sure wish savingstream would think things all the way through before telling us how things are going to work. That might prevent them from telling us one thing and then actually doing something differently once they've thought a bit more. And please note the timing of this -- only two hours after telling us allocation would be bottom-up, the allocations were made on a percentage basis.

Silly me!! I was well on the way to congratulating SS on their excellent system as it dealt with all the complications on the three loans, then they made another decision to spoil things by another late change of mind which affected us . (no doubt the recipient of the £27K+ of loan part was content while others couldn't even get £1K, just £277!!) Yes, I succeeded in topping up on the SM soon after, but wouldn't have needed to.

In case anyone else has noticed their available funds jump by a small amount and can't immediately see why, it looks like SS have just credited the March interest for sold loan parts of PBL004, but with the transaction on the statement backdated to Wednesday.

My interest in 4a and 4b was credited when DFL 001 was launched. There are two separate classes of loan parts for which interest was due on Wednesday: 1. Loan parts that got repaid and "rolled" into the new loan. 2. Loan parts that were sold during March, on which interest had accrued and not been repaid. Specifically, the transactions that I think appeared today, but backdated in the statement to the 9th were the missing interest for sold loan parts (the second type above).

Edit: Posted to wrong thread in my haste. New tranche release for other DFL in Exeter Does this mean that -- after all the assurances savingstream gave us that further tranches in DFLs would be added to the Pipeline so that we could set pre-funding targets and so that the allocation would be done fairly -- SS have dumped a tranche straight onto the SM for a FFF feeding frenzy? If so, then I think they have done their investors a real disservice.

This one STILL shows as not drawn down - is it only going to be drawn down when ALL the tranches have been paid out?
