This one STILL shows as not drawn down - is it only going to be drawn down when ALL the tranches have been paid out? Raised it with SS last week - no response - seems par for the course with Q&A queried at moment. No reply to last three now:-(

I'm just adding the updated details from the new valuation report to my OP. I quickly note the following...
The Current LTV is 118%
The Current 90 Day LTV is 148%
I guess it means a little less than if they were PBLs, as it is a development and primarily the LTGV should be taken into consideration (which is 48%)

And the LTGDV is pretty meaningless before the project is complete, as it compares today's loan with tomorrow's value. Is a half-built project worth half of the GDV? IMHO, probably not. That's why we have to rely on the QS to confirm that the money from the previous tranche has been used on the project before the next tranche is released.
