Not due to full repayment. They just disappeared from my book.
Any reason?

Hi Jaybee! I'm not sure which version of the Loan Book you use, but I do know that non-Safeguard loans are in the CSV. I stopped using the "old" MLB because it had lots of inaccuracies. For example, fully repaid loans still appearing as defaults. Good to see you here...

Could be something to do with the big relaunch. I received this email today:
We are very close to sharing our exciting new lender products with you. We plan to launch Zopa Access, Zopa Classic and Zopa Plus on Thursday 17th March.
Before launch we will need to restrict access to the Zopa website whilst we complete the data migration tasks. We plan to make the switch on Wednesday 16th March and will send you an email once everything is back up and running so that you can check the new products out.

I've found the loans on the new Dashboard where they are referred to as PreSafeguard.
So the loans do exist but not in the old loan book, which I prefer to the new one.

I've found the loans on the new Dashboard where they are referred to as PreSafeguard. So the loans do exist but not in the old loan book, which I prefer to the new one. I've checked a couple of the PreSafeguard entries and they exist in old loanbook for me. Everything is in old loanbook as far as I can tell - it should pretty much line up with all_time_new_loan_book or whatever they have named it now - I'm happy to be proven wrong though. As far as I know the old loanbook still loads into the demo spreadsheet of old okay. - Again happy to be proved wrong. I agree with geoff though its harder to establish the closed ones in oldMLB now unless you are in excel. Edit: Everything seems to be in the CSV of OldMLB but there are some anomolies in the OldMLB report though as detailed in Hardship thread
