I have been trying to buy into these loans but they never seem to be available is this because people are holding onto them for some special reason compared to other loans ?

I have been trying to buy into these loans but they never seem to be available is this because people are holding onto them for some special reason compared to other loans ? They're all small, pretty recent (250+ days to run) and there have been plenty of other older / shorter dated / larger loans to sell down ahead of these ones. For example, why would you sell 69/70/71 if you're still holding 37/38/39?

They're all available "reasonably often" (you can see about how often in the "investor activity" tab at the bottom of each loan page), but you have to be quick or lucky, as there are probably several hundred other investors who will buy them on sight too (some of whom have automated tools monitoring one or more pages to notify them of any relevant changes).
I've built up a small excess in some of these (when some of them were available for manual buying a few days ago along with practically anything else) specifically because they'll be easy to sell the next time the market gets clogged up with an overhang in the more readily-available loans.
Watch out for them the next time a large loan draws down and the market gets filled with all sorts of other loans being sold down to pay for the new loan, as I doubt I'll be the only one in this position.

42, 53, 46 & 67 are the ones I have struggled to get. Looks like 1 or 2 parts go through each day so not impossible to get, just flipping difficult.

The secondary market allows people to either diversify or sell loans if needed, most of those loans are a) new and b) one or two could be coming back for extra funding so you might as well hold extra in those now and not bother with the extra funding when it is issued.
