hi ilmoro.. do you think gone are the days where 3m loans were one in a few mins? with regards to SS. No, but less likely when 22m has launched in a month. First of that was 4.6m which was fully prefunded. agreed, from an investors point of view, 6 months ago i looked at SS as being a place to invest and then pull my investment at a moments notice through the SM if i needed it (fortunately not been the case yet) but not so sure now, i'm sure i could move a couple of "k" now if i needed to, pretty quick, but not so sure about larger amounts, not that it worries me too much at the moment, but i think the dynamics are changing, favoring the investor more than the seller.

Maybe the glut of SM availability on various platforms is because of people waiting who are still actually believing that IF ISAs will actually open on April 6th.
I wonder whether we'll see anything before July 6th!
We can't tell how much loot is hovering in "available funds" accounts.

Hi oldgrumpy, i really need to try and get some understanding about IF ISA's I am going to be honest, i do not know anything about them, i have left my ISA situation to my PFA and sort of concentrated on P2P of my own back, i've learned a lot on here, but not nearly enough of what i really should know, my interest on the forum is in direct p2p investment, to be honest, i am not au fait with rest of the investments, .... i get lost when reading some of the posts on here, but i'll keep reading, and getting informed.

It's certainly not going to happen at SS (and many others) .. I suspect it won't even happen at the 'big 3' who have been marketing it fairly furiously (mail shots, emails, and all sorts).
Back on Watford .. another reason it is not flying off the shelves is that these two are to the same borrower, and have very closely correlated risks (i.e. if it turn out to be a dumb idea for one site, the other one is not going to come out smelling of roses), plus iirc the same borrower has an SS loan already .. anyone risk averse will be trimming their holding (in all 3) to suit.

ilmoro's list attributes PBL033 to the same borrower. Thus a total of >£14m loans.

PBL 033 is still under the old T&C's isn't it? Despite the 3 month extension. As far as we know, 3 months extension doesnt seem to have been applied on site yet (probably wont be anyway). PBL33 seems to count term from drawdown 31/5? not launch date 12/5 like more recent loans, so technically with the extension will run to mid/late August.

Interesting figures. The number of lenders continues to grow on Saving Stream and also in the two loans, BUT the loan figures don’t seem to acknowledge this…

I think that may be optimistic, unless a few more BHs take a bite - I am sure there is a backlog of parts that folks would "quite like to sell", but are not willing to queue up (and lose the interest) for 6 or 7 days, behind what is already there.

I agree with our resident starship. Also, today will have more buyers than normal due to interest repayment. In my head I'm not expecting to see this one total cleared until at least a couple of sizeable loans are repaid. If more new loans come sooner, this might be on the market for a very long time.
