Star dust, Firstly, thank you for replying to my request for information on the PBL090 loan a couple of days ago. Much appreciated. I think that may be optimistic, unless a few more BHs take a bite - I am sure there is a backlog of parts that folks would " quite like to sell", but are not willing to queue up (and lose the interest) for 6 or 7 days, behind what is already there. I actually thought to myself, that when I stated the opinion that these two loans would take another six to seven days to be fully funded, I was being too pessimistic, rather than optimistic…  We shall see...  When these two loans came onto the Saving Stream platform, I thought it would take two weeks to fill them. That forecast will pass tomorrow, 2nd April 2016. However, my new forecast and it is again just my own opinion, I now believe that these two loans will be fully funded, by 9th April 2016. That will be then be three weeks. |

I think this time you could be right, but if not, then i am sure you could be right next time.  or the time after that one if not.  I remember Michael fish saying, "someone has rang in today to say pbl90 will NOT sell overnight, well.. dont worry it will" or something along those lines.  |

£70k just been grabbed on pbl88, this one could soon be gone. Pbl89 may linger for a while yet.

To be fair I did say previously on the 22nd March the following; IMHO, looks likely it may take until the end of March 2016 (and some) before these two loans are fully funded. The comment “..and some..” referred to April and I genuinely thought that with the interest paid at the end of March 2016, that would be used to significantly absorb the remaining amounts outstanding on these two loans… That hasn’t happened… Since yesterday, only £50,000 approx. has been invested combined across these two loans, compared to the figures that I posted yesterday. There appears to be more money coming onto the market for these two loans... It isn't as straight forward as I have previously noted, with the other issues... |

supernumary, your doing a grand job, please keep it up, your a brave chap predicting anything that might happen in the p2p market, In all my years dabbling in markets various and competitive tendering etc, I've invariably heard perfectly plausible arguments to support a particular market move or reaction as well as equally sound ones to support the opposite view. I've stopped making predictions in public and resort to having no more than a small bet with myself as to what might happen in the future! LW

I've stopped making predictions in public and resort to having no more than a small bet with myself as to what might happen in the future! LW I think i quoted this fact somewhere else recently, a friend of a friend who works in the finance markets, gave me a tip around 18 months ago, buy Lloyd's bank, they are way undervalued etc etc, i bought 5000 shares @ 86p , just checked on my phone, they closed yesterday @ 67.98p. From the day i bought them they have hit an 87p high only once. That would have been 5000x1p profit , thats (grab my calc) £50 if i had been shrewd enough to get out on the only day over the last 18 months that they went higher.  Not taken any notice of anyone since, when it comes to predicting the markets, needless to say the now X friend of a friend has scarpered to Dubai to work for some other company.  PS. I've not seen him since.  PPS. i hate shares and always have, but its what happens when you listen to other peeps predictions.

I guess you meant PBL087, not 'pbl89', which is the pub, and seems to sell out fastish (being not 'one of three', and perhaps slightly less 'blue sky'). I think PBL87/88 are going to linger, along with tranches A and D of the fields .. plenty of would-be sellers waiting in the wings, especially if we get some more launches before we get some more repayments.

Some of you will recall my post a couple of weeks ago where I explained my employer (before I retired last year) was the seller of Unit 4, and I had (reluctantly) had to slog out there for the occasional meeting.
I've just had an email from one of my ex-colleagues who is sat in unit 4 as we speak to say their understanding is the sale of unit 4 has completed in the last few hours (and hence our funds should have now been drawn down).
