I wonder if SS are having some technical issues which is delaying these loans going live. As pointed out by here, it is impossible to invest in PBL27 at the moment...... Cooling_Dude, My thoughts, just a hunch and all that… Nothing more than an inkling… Your name, Cooling_Dude, has been probably been mentioned just a few times today, at Saving Stream Command HQ, regarding what I would call your ‘strength testing’ assessment of the veracity of the documentation for the loan. Others have also questioned it as well and there is no harm in doing that in a constructive way. IMHO, Saving Stream may be reviewing their current position, due in part to the constructive discussions on this message board and that may be the cause of the delay. Whilst the discussion on here is very constructive, we feel confident enough with our own underwriting to progress this loan.

And there Id assumed as Dude said he was on the Island they were busy organising a snatch squad and we'd be seeing a video later of the Dude denouncing himself as a MT sympathiser ;-)

I am looking for a massive favour after waiting all day yesterday for PBL 87 & 88 to launch today I find myself needing to go out and about but want to get back to my computer ASAP after they launch. James, I wouldn't worry too much about being there just after the launch, the buying and selling on this one will go on for many days.
Edit : Are you looking to sell or buy or both ?

Check out ilmoro's invaluable list of loan updates first, 53 is looking to refinance soon and 42 is a very small loan, that's why you don't see many parts show up. I've tried several attempts to buy some of this loan on the SM but the website hangs on the processing purchase page. Is anyone else having this issue? I don't want to keep trying just in case all my previous attempts do eventually go through and I end up with five times the amount I want......

I would just leave it alone and let it settle. I think there will be no shortage of these on the SM for quite a while.
