Well, I've bottled it and just bought £6k of farmland before even that goes, set my prefunds to £100 and I'm going down the pub.
I'll see how my head is in the morning and whether they went

It was a long time ago but I seem to recall that PBL041 went live at about 6pm (although it was pulled before drawdown). So I'm not giving up all hope just yet.

I wonder if SS are having some technical issues which is delaying these loans going live. As pointed out by here, it is impossible to invest in PBL27 at the moment...... |

I wonder if SS are having some technical issues which is delaying these loans going live. As pointed out by here, it is impossible to invest in PBL27 at the moment...... Cooling_Dude, My thoughts, just a hunch and all that… Nothing more than an inkling… Your name, Cooling_Dude, has been probably been mentioned just a few times today, at Saving Stream Command HQ, regarding what I would call your ‘strength testing’ assessment of the veracity of the documentation for the loan. Others have also questioned it as well and there is no harm in doing that in a constructive way. IMHO, Saving Stream may be reviewing their current position, due in part to the constructive discussions on this message board and that may be the cause of the delay. There is a lot of lenders money at stake here.

I'm of the opinion that our avatars are printed off and put onto a punchbag in the SS office...... There are over 2500 active investors on SS, and I bet less than 10% actually browse these forums. Also, our DD is only done via information on the valuation reports and amateur sleuthing; SS will have far more (professional) information to strength test a loan.
