I've been playing with the NewMLB and trying to build some tools comparing the oldMLB data with the new one.
Sadly it seems that Zopa has trashed the Lending Offer field as far as OldMLB is now concerned as all my loans are marked "Safeguarded".
In the past non safeguarded were marked with my original lending offer titles and I was able to see what the data had relative to what I had set them. In the on screen report selecting safeguarded results in 3 levels for me although I cannot see what the difference is.
I guess since the new MLB has items set as PreSafeguarded I'll have to use an old report and join the 2 together if I want that data now. My last good data for OldMLB was on 11/3

I have all my Arrangement, Collection and Default Non-Safeguard loan information captured. But not the full loan book since November 2015. The OldMLB download I took on 14/3 displays the "bad" data. I had a reasonably long conversation with Amy from Zopa in February, after I sent a rather heat-of-the-moment flouncy email after the closure of the forum. One of the topics we covered for a long while was the importance (for whatever reason) of the underlying data for Non-Safeguard loans whilst ever these loans exist. I'm a little disappointed (again) that this conversation fell on deaf ears.

at the moment I think that the last full datat you have will have all the relevant non-safeguarded data you would need as to be fair the safeguard only stuff is over a year old now.
To say I am not very happy about Zopa's current state is putting it mildly - I had been very vocal on their forum whcih i still feel they have shot themselves in the foot by withdrawing it. I have not said that much on here - still quite a bit - and have resigned myself to being on my own. Sadly I feel that on here its not being heard that much as their focus is on going their own way rather than listening to the likes of us.
I am still trying to understand what has changed amidst the new items which in themselves are typically rushed and not very well supported by online capabilities.
Time will tell whether zopa comes out of this unscathed but since coming to this environment I've definitely been more open to other platforms and their capabilities. The next couple of months with ISA's if they ever materialise will be interesting and I'm looking forward to finding a better place for my current ISA's accordingly.

Zopa's opinion (or at least Amy's) about the message board was that it was presenting an overly negative view of the company when they were about to go big in attracting new lenders. This was before the new products were announced, so I assumed it was to do with the IFISA.
From a neutral point of view, it's actually an understandable decision, despite what we "the community" thought of it.

I got their point but the flipside was that they were getting in in the neck because of the rushed changes and withdrawal of clear visibility of what was happening - largely they seemed to focu on the fact that the non safeguards were not an issue any more as they were a dwindling aspect. trouble is they were then gearing up to bring back non safeguards etc.
To be fair all I really wanted was good tools to be able to monitor things from a personal basis that gave me comfort things were being managed ok. I don't feel that is the case and trying to see what a new defaulters state of payments are is much more difficult.
But hey ho things will pick up again in the future I'm sure.
