Perhaps chris was testing some change yesterday evening? Or maybe I experienced a rare bug that chris needs to look into in case it has any other side-effects that don't sort themselves out in the end?

I got the "Interest payment for loan Manchester Hotel Loan (116)", which then got swept as normal, but then within the space of a fraction of a second, the system withdrew and re-invested the same amount from the QAA no less than 29 times for no apparent reason other than to spam my statement.

(Apologies for the attrocious lack of precision on the amounts. It's all that Excel put in the copy-paste buffer [Edit: the full precision shown in the raw .csv download is 0.01495485366503557106])

Yes, we had a bug that was preventing a loan repayment going through because the QAA code was recursing and eventually running out of stack space. I was working on it all last night and from 5am this morning and it should be resolved now, but it would have resulted in some strange issues whilst I was working on it and trying to understand what was going on.

Should be resolved now although I'm continuing to monitor it.

I had the same issue, timed at the same moment, and it was my MLIA that was sweeping 42p repeatedly into and out of the QAA

Can I ask if you had any withdrawal targets (to return funds to cash) set at the time on either the MLIA or QAA direct?

MLIA ... and in response to question you asked stevet, I have a left-over withdrawal target of a penny (or a residual fraction thereof) on the QAA, but that's been there since the start of the month, and I'm not aware of it having caused any similar issue.

Edit: ... and looking at the other nearby transactions, the MLIA would have had a non-zero balance at that moment (i.e. it wasn't bouncing off zero).
