If the professionalism and seriousness of a P2P lending site is measured partially on the quality of the loan descriptions, updates and their syntax, then FS would rate very poorly.
Some examples:
I think it's time for someone to review the text entered against the various loans...
Is there the same level of attention to details granted to the non-visible parts of the business?
Some examples:
- FundingSecure has site of the Housing Association's contract for both locations
- developemnt of 9 apartments
- Contracts have exchanged
- As the borrower is keen to complte this tranche
- Loan is competing today - therefore interest will be paid from 24th March
etc. etc.
