Just noticed that one of my borrowers has an odd entry in the Comments field of
"Zopa remediation due to NOSA issue"
Anyone know what that means - I did a search on google but only really got a lot of brazilian stuff even though I filtered to UK searches.
The borrower made a partial payment on the 8/3 according to the statement and it seems they made a further larger payment on the 18/3 that seems to mean having borrowed £10 they have paid off all bar 2p outstanding - curiously oldmlb does not have an entry for this online but the csv has the entry.
Although it is in hardship, as of a week or 2 ago, a large payment has been received. Having said that oldmlb csv shows that there is £26 borrowing arrears!.
The item is still in the current loan book table.
edit: oh and its pre-safeguard!
Any thought gratefully received

Pure guesses ...
NO = notice of
S = service or ?
A = agreement or activation or ??
which if right could imply zopa have had a problem serving some legal paperwork on the borrower.
