savingstreamI do wish you would credit the monthly interest to our accounts on the 1st of the month before sending us the email entitled "Please resolve negative balance. You currently have a negative balance of £-400.00 (or whatever) ". We don't know how much to send!! And anyway, the negative balance isn't £-400, it is £400. The balance is £-400

Then savingstream can automate them to go out after the interest run. Simples.  (and I think it should be a balance of -£400 in text). |

My guess is that the "please resolve negative balance" emails are generated by the same process that determines which loans are eligible for interest (in particular figuring out which ones haven't been paid for and so must be cancelled), and that this process therefore needs to occur BEFORE the interest is credited.

Got my first time ever such email today. Where are all those fast finger people who gamed SM? Why aren't they buying my parts for sale? I had a negative balance of just over £4. Put the same amount on SM - I did not get enough time to open Thunderbird to check the emails. It was gone.
