I have just experimented with the new shadow bidding functionality on the site. Works perfectly except that my dashboard now shows a prominent alert "You have shadow bids due for settlement. Please settle the shadow bids due from the shadow bids section below." Meanwhile, the auction still has weeks to run, not to mention the subsequent time to drawdown. Somewhat defeats the object to demand payment now I would have thought.

There must be some mistake as that's not how the system is supposed to work! You'd better phone Assetz.

AC email me a few days before drawdown to request settlement.

Many thanks for the support, quite a relief. Appreciate the email reminder as I was wondering how I would know when to pay although would be great if I could get the same information through my account pages as well.
