A £350,000+ 10% bridge (21813) was listed late yesterday, and was filled before I logged in this morning. So it seems that there is still demand for the right loan.

A+ 8% £80K+ property (21852) just filled in under 2 hours
there is demand for straightforward, easy to understand developments
over priced, convoluted & confused not so much

I've just shifted three £2k loans at a -0.1% premium... I kept the 2/3% CB of course.
