Turnover just over £200,000 for last two years with £23,000 profit and £100K assets looking to borrow £884,220.
I think someone's hit the 8 twice.

This must be a typo you'd think?
Anecdotally I'd say every other property loan listed has some sort of error/omission?
Do they not proof read these things before hitting 'send'?
Another loan with little or no detail in the profile - doesn't anyone advise the borrowers to answer the obvious questions up front?

And its gone! That was one enormous 'technical error' and shows how Flimsy Controls are struggling to keep up with handling 21000 loans in an ever more precarious juggling display....

Their repeated frequency of errors over the years are one reason I am doing a controlled FCexit.
