Anyone else getting issues with the MY Statements screen showing no activity - mine currently says Statement for 1/04/2016 to 08/04/2016 There has been no activity on your account for this period. This is the location that it says this secure2.zopa.com/lender/statement/standard/monthlyI downloaded the April statement and there were 1000+ entries from 1st to the 7th covering over £180 but it clearly states no activity - I sent email to zopa but apparently there is a delay on that screen. It is very misleading and annoying that one has to download the statement csv and see that there has been activity. I can do that but for me its a bit worrying that zopas answer for everything seems to be download the csv. I can see that there has been payments on old MLB but it took me while to try that and its a bit convoluted to find a payment quite apart from the fact its already got errors in it as well.

The my statement screen that the link you gave takes me to the screen that only shows disbursals ( and I think deposits & withdraws ). It does not show repayments, and I don't think it ever has. As you say you have to download the CSV to see them. Or if you look at secure2.zopa.com/lender/statement/standard you can see the total earnings for April to date.

I think it used to show the most recent incomings and outgoings for the past week but that's missing at the moment ( Zopa CS said it was delayed - hence the no activity item). The 1st answer I got back from Zopa was clearly not about the same screen but once I pointed them at this screen they can see that its misleading and have passed it onto support for a response - hopefully they will fix it or at least make it less misleading. If they have one i'll post it here.
