I have just noticed my MLIA account total has gone down and traced the anomaly to this loan. Apparently according to the Repayments page an unexpected amount was paid off the principal on 03/03/17. I can find no evidence of a payment being made to my MLIA account. I have queried this twice now on the Q/A page, both times the question has been deleted and I have had no explanation from AC I notice that payment referred to (3 March) is listed as being paid on 14 March. I find no trace of any repayment into my MLIA relating to this during 14-17 March, so maybe AC can tell me on what day was this repaid to lenders, please.

My MLIA receved the payment 17.58 on 14th March. Details are contained in the activity tab entry 21/3. Well spotted, thank you........why it took so long to reach our accounts is questionable. The fact that there are circa 250 entries in my MLIA account caused by double entries and split sales/purchases of parts since 03/03/17 does not make life easy.......also AC should have responded to my enquiry in the first place instead of just deleting it!! What concerns me the most is why I have only just noticed the difference between my spread sheet and my dashboard when I compare them most days!!

In relation to the Q&A, the reasons for deleting anything from there are sent directly to the lender who posted the question/comment via email. The person who posted the comment will be told in that email why it was removed from the Q&A. The team that answer the Q&A are credit based and will only deal with loan specific enquiries. Questions relating to investment accounts etc should go to our customer service team. skippyonspeed you should have had an email from us stating why your comment was removed. This is a standard practice at AC and either you have missed the email or our system is broken. Please can you check your inbox and also junk folders, then let me know via DM if you had the email. The Q&A isn't our only "access point" for lenders to contact us as we also have our telephone number and the dedicated enquiry email address. Enquiries that are not specific to lenders making a decision about investing in a loan should not be sent on the Q&A. If you have any concerns you can use the phone number or email to contact us and pose your question that way. We like to give lenders options on how they speak to us. As you state, your query is specific to your MLIA account and not the underlying performance of the loan. Therefore, please use one of the other methods of contacting us and the team will be able to help.
