111,120 loan running 43 days late. Borrower is some sort of high street brand named "H***e of H*****y". Last comment says: 23 Mar 2016 The borrower’s direct debit has bounced twice, and consequently March’s payment was not collected on time. We are currently chasing the borrower to make a manual repayment, and will add another comment within the next two weeks if the situation changes. We thank investors for their patience. Of course no comment nor payment followed after two weeks.
The issue is that AC sent an email today announcing a 733,000 loan to "H***e of H*****y".
Has someone seen this too?

You might want to email that info to someone at AC .. like chris .. well I tagged him, so hopefully he'll look.

The real question is: - are the new lenders aware of the two CCJ and the old late loan? If this was publicly disclosed on the loan pages I doubt many will continue the investment. It should be a strong duty fo AC to put all these things clear before lending anything.

CCJ's and late payments before you even start lending, I'm sure there are better 12% loans available on the various platforms.

Yes AC know, in fact the AC loan is secured on the directors house with room in the LTV. So it's really a property loan, not an unsecured loan with a PG.

Well, if the AC loan goes ahead then FC should get paid out of that. Otherwise FC should default the loan and seek immediate payment from a company that has liquidity.

AC loan went ahead today and has drawn-down. AC will default the loan I assume if CCJs are not paid, so FC will get settled in the next few working days or they will move to get a CCJ.

Having badgered Forgotten Chod last week to explain why 12610 was still RBR, I note it has magically regained its risk band today. I've already dumped generously re-homed it at par (before another CCJ appears)

I have done similar in the past. It feels good, doesn't it? An illusion of control or influence, and the removal of a worry. Also it is FC taking the responsibility for the removal of the RBR, so you do not have to worry about your victims customers.

My zombie account is one tad slimmer. Wishing best of luck to the buyer.
