For the first time I have received an email from Failed Communications telling me that a withdrawal has been made from my account and telling me to ring them if I didn't instigate it. Better late than never. Would have been better if the email had also said how much I'd asked to withdraw. Suppose you can't expect everything from them.

Yes, I just got my first one too. Given the current number of folks making a graceful exit (FCexit?) I expect their email server is running kinda warm at the moment. I might be tempted to put some in the other direction iffin they had some more interesting E rated loans and iffin I could get the 17% (less losses) inside an ISA.
