I am currently 'travelling' and in France but was 'home' in the UK over the weekend from Friday to Monday.
Also as I posted last week I'm not getiing the go live emails.
Combination of travelling home and back and not getting the emails, I missed the fact that 2 loans went live on 21st - however I have prefunding in place so would have expected to get something and I WAS receiving emails from SS to ask me to resolve negative balances etc. ..... but no emails on these new loans
I could understand it if I got an allocation which SS subsequently sold because I missed it and didn't fund .... but it would seem I got nothing....
Any ideas??

If you prefunded, you should have got something. I would email SS to ask them to look into it for you. I also have a suspicion that the prefund amounts shown on screen don't always reflect what is in the database. If you're having issues, I would set everything to zero, save and then set your prefund amounts to your desired levels again. Could be a small IT hiccup.

I guess they sold it but if you look in your account history the activity should be shown there

I'm currently getting (not getting?) a mail problem with all transaction related emails not being received. They are looking into it for me but might this be happening to you as well?
If you think it might be the case then a short support request should get them looking at it. I find Tim very helpful on the support desk.

OK ....the main problem here is that I cant read ! I mis-read a post on here and thought another loan had gone live since the last ones I prefunded !!

However I DO still have a problem that I'm not receiving go live emails and that added to the confusion.....
Hopefully today's loan (if it happens) will be OK ...

yes - i receive all the emails concerning loan parts - just not the go-live emails ....and I'm with Gmail which is supposed to be one of the ones with fewer problems.
Almost as though there are two databases/distribution lists and I'm not on one of them.....??

There is an 'Email Preferences' section in 'My Account', but these should all be set on by default. I don't know if any of these settings would cause your problem, it doesn't really look like they would.
