I'm with Gmail and seem to get everything AFAIK. Very strange.

yes - i receive all the emails concerning loan parts - just not the go-live emails ....and I'm with Gmail which is supposed to be one of the ones with fewer problems. Almost as though there are two databases/distribution lists and I'm not on one of them.....?? Do you use GMail through the website, or do you use a mail client (Thunderbird or whatever)? If you use the website, have you looked at the "Promotions" tab?
