We currently have two property loans on our platform that are due to be drawn down on Tuesday 3rd May
As the borrowers are keen to complete the transactions, they have agreed to fund bonuses as follows:
Investments of £25,000 and over 1% i.e. pays 13% pa
Investments of £50,000 and over 2% i.e. pays 14% pa
Investments of £100,000 and over 3% i.e. pays 15% pa
All interest will be paid from 3rd May
The loans are as follows:
Birmingham Land - 1186035588 - £500,000 LTV: 62.5%
Gleneagles Estate - 2227407628 £414,000 LTV: 62.3%

We currently have a loan secured on an Endurance Boat on our platform that has now completed all legals.
As the borrower is keen to draw down the funds they have agreed to fund bonuses on top of the base rate of 12%pa, as follows:
Investment of £1,000 or more 1% pa i.e. 13% pa
Investment of £2,000 or more 2% pa i.e. 14% pa
Investment of £5,000 or more 3% pa i.e. 15% pa
Investment of £10,000 or more 4% pa i.e. 16% pa
Investment of £25,000 or more 5% pa i.e. 17% pa
In addition, interest will be paid on this loan effective from 6 May 2016 regardless of when the loan is drawn down.

More detailsFundingSecure Hi, that table (and in the email just received) says that interest on the Newcastle loan will start accruing today (20th), yet the update added to the loan page on May 18th said it will start from the 18th, which I trust still applies. [Now there are 2 contradictory updates appended to that loan giving the 2 different dates. Again, I trust the original commitment of 18th May will be honoured]
