Brand new account has just gone live, a 30 day access account that compliments the QAA. More accounts are on their way along with other changes to improve the service, including some much needed TLC for our MLIA investors, and a small refresh of the dashboard to make it more compact in the face of new accounts launching. You can find out more here.

A very timely addition to AC's portfolio with W&Co withdrawing their 30 day term for new investments, and chopping the rate to 2.75% pa for existing investments wef late May.
Not so sure about the white on yellow dashboard panel though ... a real struggle to get my eyes to focus on the text.

Not so sure about the white on yellow dashboard panel though ... a real struggle to get my eyes to focus on the text. I shall feed that back. There's an interim tidy up of the dashboard due within the next couple of weeks but if that doesn't adequately address any concerns like this then I'm still aiming to carry out a wider UX review of the dashboard over the next few months.

chris - the page you linked to above has a column headed "Notice Period" which shown as "None" - why not "30 Days" ?

chris , for some reason the QAA section of my Dashboard is no longer showing how much is invested there as "Lent From Idle Funds", even though a quick hover over my MLIA "Awaiting Investment" figure shows that it is all swept into the QAA.

chris potentially a bigger problem is the QAA dashboard panel "lent from idle funds" is showing only the cash account funds not the MLIA funds - see attached screen grab
EDIT: cross posted with SteveT , same fault

So what is the benefit of a 30 day access account compared to an instant access account paying the same rate?. It what seem the instant access would always be better.

Was my fault so I knew where the problem was and what needed to change.

I though the QAA was up around £13.9m this morning but it's currently showing £11.73m. Was there a particularly boozy Friday lunch over at AC, or have there been some very large withdrawals ahead of the rate going back down?
[Must have been a display glitch: now back up to £14.37m]
