Thank you and well done to FS for processing a Saturday morning withdrawal request within an hour of my making it. Cash withdrawals on FS have become noticeably swifter in recent weeks, which is appreciated (FS cash deposits have always tended to be pretty quick). Does MT now have a rival for speedy banking?

For the benefit of anyone currently waiting for withdrawal requests made yesterday to be processed, apparently they are currently being processed (acording to their live chat operator)
I don't make that many withdrawals from FS, but I end up having to chase quite a few after waiting 24 hours.
EDIT:
It was finally processed 2 hours after I made this post. Which could imply there are a lot of people withdrawing funds from FS.

Well, while I appreciate the good speed in DEPOSITING money, my experience with withdrawals is the opposite with Fundingsecure.
I find the withdrawals incredibly slow.
Yesterday, Friday, a working day, early morning (around 8am), I made: - a deposit request - a withdrawal request (it was the first withdrawal and for me a test of efficiency for the future).
When FS opened around 9.00am, they actioned promply the deposit (very good on that side), but NOT the withdrawal request.
After a full day, today, Saturday, the day after, the withdrawl request is still there not actioned at all.

I believe deposits can be processed by several of the office staff but withdrawals (for security reasons) only by a Director. I noticed that the weekly distressed loan updates appeared a day early this week (Thursday night rather than Friday) so my guess is that NH was away yesterday. That said, I've often had withdrawals processed at odd times over the weekend so yours could still appear before Monday.

Is it publicly accessible (to understand and study what went wrong and how FS is acting now)?

Go to the "Investments" / "All Active & Past Loans" page and all the loans are already sorted by "Last Updated" (ie. those with most recently added updates at the top)
[That said, most updates were "No change" this week ...]

With regards to the withdrawals timings, unfortunately I have to notice that my withdrwal still has not executed...
Date Requested Debit Credit Reference
16/09/2016 09:05 £10.00 £0.00 FS042093
I am not asking week-end support, but if you let all friday go by and all monday morning as well and don't process the withdrawals, then you are definitely sloppy and uncaring.
This one was a test for me, but what about when I will really need my money? This level of lack of service is totally unacceptable

My suggestion would be to ask why your withdrawal is still outstanding via the Live Chat service on the FS website. Perhaps there is an extra security check for a first-time withdrawal.
