Apologies in advance if the answer is staring me in the face.
I've spent a miserable couple of hours trying to logon to the Saving Stream site.
Changed/reset my password many times but just keep on getting "Oops... Couldn't login with those details" (in a big read banner)
Is it just me?
Bound to happen at the weekend. Have sent a msg via "Contact us" but hey, Bank Hol, too!
I'm guessing this has to be sorted manually at 'their' end ?
Any help would be most welcome.

Jeez, CD, you're spot on!!! So glad your month in the doghouse has gone by. I've been using Firefox for so long I had to think hard when you said "other browser". Fortunately "Chrome" was handily nearby. Got the request for phone code input in seconds. (All my cash intact ) Can you tell me what I need do to fix Firefox? (I'd even tried a separate laptop, still Firefox) Thanks again. Sleep tonight

Edit : just see that you have tried separate laptops, so clearing cookies probably won't fix the problem (but try it anyway). Strange one...

Working fine here, too. C_D's suggestion of trying a different browser's a good one - or just clear all the cookies and any saved log-in details for SS. Give it a little while, too, if you've been busy resetting the password - it's entirely possible that there's a cluster of servers behind the front end and the password change isn't propagating as quickly as it should, especially if there's been a raft of changes. There may be a temporary lock on the account after a few failed attempts, too.

OK, clearing cookies via "History" fixed Firefox, so I'm back on comfortable ground once more. Yes, MONEY, I did do the screw-up with caps lock, as well (Temporarily!) Cheers all - got me out of a real hole. Bill.
