Joined today Saturday and as a non resident was quickly accepted after emailing id and utility bill. You need to register your bank account details first to get the correct account number for transfers in, which I failed to do but it was quickly channeled into my account anyway. All worked smoothly and I have my first investments already. I was looking for another platform as it is becoming difficult to invest new money on my existing British sites, unlike the European ones which always have loans available. Mods can we have a new section for this one please? We do have it in mind to create a board for this new platform, but for the moment it has higher visibility where it is - compared to its future position, which would be in the 'More P2x sites' section. We will continue to monitor the amount of interest shown.

Hmm, I just tried to transfer some cash in to dip my toe in the water.
1) Card payments are only "Available Soon".
2) "Collateral Client Account" is too long a name for Santander, can I truncate it?
3) I haven't the faintest idea what the Swift code for Santander might be - do you need it for UK based accounts?
If at least one of these issues is addressed, I might manage to make a deposit and start lending ....

We have all the correct amounts showing in the system back-end. Thanks, Peter

I make a point of including CLIENTAC in the payee name for every platform, for safety's sake. in this case it would be CLIENTAC-COLLA. I'm sure it would work for them

I just used collateral easy enough for me check if I have any issues That's what I did late last night and the deposit was acknowledged before 9:30 this morning. Looks nice and easy for a toe dipping. Edited to add.... Faster payments second toe dip transfer at 6:30pm was acknowledged within 10 minutes and the funds already invested. Don't need to sell anything yet so I'll wait and see from others how that develops.

Would Collateral's representative like to comment on why their Interim Permission from the FCA does not contain any reference to P2P activities? Or indeed anything else other than
Consumer credit business Entering into a regulated credit agreement as lender; and exercising, or having the right to exercise, the lender's rights and duties under a regulated credit agreement. Active
Whereas another well known site often discussed on this board has 8 separate permissions including the explicit Peer to Peer Lending Peer to peer lending platform activity Active
