Hi all,
I find myself taking screenshots of my dashboard before the 5th every month, trying to keep track of what is happening to each property in my portfolio.
Appreciate that PP release information via the "open house" blog posts.
Did they not have a portfolio performance time series chart available for investors previously?
Any one has a better way to keeping track?
Cheers, N

I do much the same thing - I've got a spread sheet that I record the share values into once a month. The open house stuff would do the trick, but I prefer to not rely on something that might not keep happening for ever. I only started keeping this record last October - at some point I need to go back to through the Open House data and fill in the data for before that point.
I also have a script that scrapes the web site to generate a "current market value" for my portfolio, valuing the shares in each property at 1p below the lowest current offer rate on the secondary market, as I think that the portfolio valuation on the PP dashboard is wildly optimistic considering almost half the properties on PP have been trading well below par since their first quarterly surveyor's valuation.
They've been saying for a while that much more detailed stats are coming to the web site soon, but who knows when "soon" actually is, so in the meantime, if the Open House data isn't suitable, I think we just have to keep our own records, as annoying as it is.

Would a crowd-sourced solution be worth consideration? Something like a shared Google Sheets document (or whatever is appropriate)? It won't automate much, but I assume it would reduce the repetition of lots of people doing the same thing on their own spreadsheets.
