I think completion means that all the legal paperwork have been completed Usually, after a PBL is allocated the loan goes live the next day; as it is the weekend it may be Monday We should get an e-mail soon  Never know - we have had PBLs thrown into the pond at the weekend before ..... That's true; both this and PBL95 have just been changed to stage 3 on the pre-fund... I expect an email any time now (and suspect these are going to go live tomorrow).

Per valuation report on page 38: Sales £923K, Gross Profit £870K, Net Profit £409K. Give me some of that (in my dreams)! Shame the detail in Appendix 4 is missing. Sloppy.

I'm guessing that first they will pay out on those expected to pay back today (was it 22 and 35), and THEN release the new ones
