well i think its a bonus as i dont use QAA any longer but today cash has turned up in the account, not much but cash all the same, sad thing is i cannot move it to accounts that i do use. im starting to get confused by AC accounts. anyone know what is going on

No. I didn't see anything like that in my account, but the only money I've had in the QAA was swept there. Which statement did the credit appear on, and when?

i think it may be, apparently when i log in now each account is collapsed, looks like its from my GEIA account, first time ive logged in to find separate accounts have been collapsed. thanks

I think this is a similar theme. Until today last month's QAA interest payment was sitting in QAA as "awaiting investment". Now I have withdrawn it and it is swept back in and invested. Was it not earning for those two weeks? Perhaps this is one for chris to look at?

Yesterday a magic £0.37 has appeared in QAA with no supporting transactions. Looks like my calculations were correct all along and AC had misplaced my £0.37. Wow

Looks like my calculations were correct all along and AC had misplaced my £0.37. Wow ISTM that the real 'wow' in the above report is that AC found the missing 37p and returned it to its rightful owner. I am impressed!
