... I've had a small five figure sum on standby....and for what? Almost nothing except an unsecured retail deal at 9% (no thanks) to bid on and just over a week left!! I needed at least five more deals to diversify into... Barring a flood of new loan opportunities this week -- which doesn't look particularly likely considering there's nothing previewing at the moment -- the only other approach I can think of in order to qualify for the cashback would be to overexpose oneself to the loans currently on the AM with the intention of reducing holdings of those as other opportunities arise. The difficultly, of course, is having any success selling on the AM when underwriters still are holding huge piles of loan parts they they also want to sell via the AM. I think there's a good chance that the U/Ws will be out of Wr****m and Ha****y by sometime next month, though what the AM in parts for those loans will look like at that time all depends on how many other lenders are trying the same tactic and how many will be putting their parts up for sale on 1/May as soon as the disruption to the AM caused by the cashback offer ends.

Congrats mikes1531 on reaching 700 posts Wrexham will have trouble lasting the day if sales of that stock keep to the same rate. 21/4 there were 1133units today there were 696units and when these are gone, they're gone from the AM, until the Lenders put them up for sale as these are the last of the u/wers now. But I think people are back from their Easter breaks and they're all having a last bite of the AM before they lose the chance and to get to there targets for cashback. I'm heavy in Wrexham. I'm expecting Kent, Weston S.M. and the Wind Towers to drawdown, silly I know... This is where the last of my cash is going. (when I put three dots together... that means it's a joke.)

Wr****m will have trouble lasting the day if sales of that stock keep to the same rate. 21/4 there were 1133units today there were 696units I think Ha****y also has had a big drop in AM units available. I think there was £195k at the start of the day and now there's £165k. No doubt the approaching deadline for the cashback offer is prompting some of the AM purchases. There are a number of underwritten loans waiting for drawdown, and I'd much rather invest in those than increase my exposure to the loans I'm holding now, but that can't happen until after they draw down. I realise it's an awkward situation, but perhaps andrewholgate could be persuaded update us on AC's best guess drawdown dates for those loans? Are any of them likely to be available for investment before the end of the month? I'm not sure congratulations are in order. Perhaps condolences would be more appropriate. Along with practical suggestions about how to 'get a life'?
