Did they actually have the url anywhere? I suspect a big investor push coming, but not sure why as loans fly out currently. Also, the 1% per month part makes it harder for them to tune down rates to us. Overall, seemed to get the message across.

Personally I thought it was pretty poor and looked a bit shabby, and did not give a very good impression of SS at all. Nowhere was risk really mentioned and when it was the so called investers made it sound like it was not an issue and everything would always be rosey as SS are wonderful, yes I agree they have never lost a penny and at the moment I would not expect them to lose much as prices are going up not down, but will this be the same in 6 months to 2 years?
Plus it seemed pretty pointless pushing for investors as I can't believe the BHs are currently getting what they want unless SS are being underhand with the allocations they would have been better trying to find new investments.
Also with all them staff sat around twidling there thumbs am I sure they can get some to regualrly post on this forum as a) a lot of there members are on here b) a lot of what is noted on here by members is useful to them.

I would like to see them get recourse from said RICS surveyor, when a value proves to be wrong! They do make it sound like the RICS surveyor will cough up if a sale falls short of the survey report. Nice swimming pool & and use of drones

Nice swimming pool & and use of drones If it can be demonstrated that a RICS valuer has been negligent in their valuation, they can be sued for the resultant loss. No doubt SS instruct valuers which have suitable PI insurance.

SS appears to have published a new video today on YouTube. Swanky looking video... I just picked up on this sentence... ............ Well... You almost did... didn't you SS They definitely did. Check out PBLs 47-49 (Essex Land). Not only does none of this land have planning permission but two parts (47 and 48) are green belt.

And would point out they followed industry standards, values, blar blar blar. I still think the video was misleading talking about RICS values making up short falls on defaulted loan sales.

Watch 2mins+ on the video.
"If The valuer gets it wrong, Savingstream has recourse to recover any shortfalls in a rogue valuation"
No talk of negligent in that statement. What is rogue? I would say a piece of land with OPP that was valued at £1m, but only had offers at £500k after 6 months, that the original valuation was rogue.

At first the SS office appeared to be 100% male and I was wondering who made the coffee, but towards the end of the video I spotted a female!!

Liz, it is possible to demonstrate that there has been an over valuation. Without this ability, there would be no secured lending and very few people would own their homes.
