Some on site activity today.A rather large drilling rig was boring away.Hard to see what's going on as the site is panelled in Edit: I've changed the thread title to something a tad more descriptive of the development than "*** building". Hope that's OK

You might want to change the title of your thread stokeloans; your naming and shaming the borrower

I changed it for them, although I'm not sure it really gives much away. Gee I hope they don't finish it before they come asking for our money .. there'll be a lot more interest looking for a home next week, even if nothing else repays.

I only mentioned it because you MODs (although your only a young MOD ) are always picking on me when I do it Just thought I'd warn stokeloans before you had the chance to start picking on him

It's hard to refer to the loan by a PBL number when it's in the pipeline so far back it doesn't have one yet. Given the pipeline record I guess it's only 50/50 that it will ever get one (or 70/30 or some such). As for picking on you - I think it's the avatar pic, it just attracts friendly fire. 8>.

The developer has applied to change the PP to incorporate more flats and has been denied by the local council. You can find out more by searching for The Stoke Sentinel website. I am not allowed to link directly to the article,it's the rules you know

Maybe CD (or someone else with some spare time .. *grin*) can figure out whether the SS loan application is based on the assumption of 'more granted' or 'current status quo'? If the former, then I guess it may never fly (although doubtless the developer will keep trying .. pile 'em high and sell 'em expensive!)

Valuation is based on the existing planning, including the duplexes. Incidently I notice the developer (whose accounts are overdue) mentioned in the article isnt the same as the borrower referred to by SS.
