I note the last few PBLs have been funded "bottom up". Will this continue to be the case or will some PBLs be "proportionate".
Personally I'd prefer the bottom up approach as it means pre-funding levels can be more accurately set. I know it must disappoint some "big hitters" but there is a swing and a roundabout with every method...

You will probably find after the next big loan people will not overbid as much as they want once they get stuck with far more then they want for a few days, so it will not be as bad for the smaller ones I doubt it will make any difference
