Does anyone know whether the change of direct debit service provider (or whatever it was) has caused any issues with payments from borrowers, beyond a short period when a lot went to processing ? Or should I now be getting worried about my 7 days late borrower in which I have a more than is comfortable exposure ? (not first payment I should add....)

I have 5533 7 days late on 1st payment. Earlier today a comment appeared indicating they were being chased, then mysteriously the comment disappeared . May be another FC glitch.

Not a glitch, I saw it too. If you go the to loan's Repayments tab, the comment is missing there too. I've added it to my "oh, late again?" list, because comment or not, they are still LATE.

There were a couple of loans where there was a comment that the change in DD would mean payment was late. One made payment today. The other I saw is meant to make payment tomorrow.
for Loan 5553 - I thought this was one of the ones where there was a glitch such that 1st payment date was set equal to acceptance date. There were 5 or 6 of these, most fixed. Looks like this one fell through a gap. Hard to say it's late when it's not meant to make first payment for another month.

Mines an older loan: 4090 I'm up to about mid calf/keen in it. And they have an earlier loan which is due in about ohhhhhh 6 days. If yoiur in that and of a sensitive disposition suggest you sell it quick. Oh, I forgot....maybe not.

Shows on downloaded loan list as 'no risk band' but doesn't appear in loan comments. Do FC know something and are not telling us? Or is it just another case of gross inefficiency?
