Latest comment states."Borrower has confirmed they plan to renew".
The way the latest property loans are dragging on,I am more interested in "can the borrower confirm they can repay the loan by the due date".
South Wales Property and BexleyHeath have yet again failed to find the funds to repay their loans,despite the usual "will be payed early next week" comments.(Latest 20/5/16)
Instead of leading us on with these false,misleading comments,why don't FS just say," We hope the borrower will repay the loan and interest some time in the near future".
Not a very promising comment,but no further from the truth than their usual misguiding comments.
