Bondora has introduced a scheme to provide prioritised support to those in a "top investor" group. I do not know what the qualifying criteria are. Higher priority for emails to the usual investor support email address, Estonian, British and maybe other national phone numbers to call for support and the usual online form. Email also included an invitation to visit Bondora if ever in Tallinn.

I assume that they are sending emails to anyone who they think qualifies using whatever rules they are using. I do not know whether they have contacted everyone yet so you might be contacted later.

Are you using their PM? Using it within the last twelve months does not seem to be a condition for getting the email.

No but I am on my boat in Spain just now so home phone not answering. However my email as described by james arrived a few minutes ago.

Got my Top Investor email from Partel today. This is despite the fact I have not bought or sold a loan for about 18 months and have being steadily winding down my portfolio and withdrawing my money. They have a strange definition of a "top Investor" but then they have a strange definition of most things.
