Subject line says it all, whenever I try to view documents on upcoming loans, I am seeing this error.
Everything else I try to is fine.

I get the same problem, and not just on upcoming. Guess their PDF cloud server is down. Problem for chris? |

Yes, there appears to be a problem with the Rackspace cloud CDN that stores all those things. Our web servers pull in the files from there to then send them to the browser. That's normally handled transparently by the web server technology we use (nginx) but for some reason the two systems have stopped talking to each other. I've raised a support ticket with Rackspace to see if they can resolve it, failing that we'll have to change the way the system works next week.

And it got fixed sometime over the weekend while living it up in Amsterdam on my illgotten P2P gains ...

On 283 only the credit report is accessible to me.

In the end it was only affecting two of the three web servers, hence the intermittent nature depending on which server you were routed to. Should all have been resolved yesterday.
