You are very much more likely to get a rapid answer to a question like this by asking it via the FS Live Chat service. In fact, that goes for most platforms (ie. asking them questions via their own communication channels, established and staffed for the purpose, is more likely to be successful than expecting them to respond on here).

I expect we'll get a loan update shortly.  And I presume there will be a posting of this renewal in the 'New Loans' thread before too long.  Hopefully that will include a bit of info that was omitted from the email -- with fundingsecure letting us know whether there will be any investment restriction when the renewal goes live tomorrow.

I would not have the nerve nor the cheek to Refer any of my friends or my Family to FS.
At the moment it seems every Property loan which is due for repayment,is months behind schedule,and are still not guaranteed to be repaid.
I would not want to be responsible for any of my friends or Family losing their money.

Fair comment, however if someone who has posted regularly on this forum asks, I assume they have already made up their mind to participate despite such reservations. (Sorry Richard!)
