Might get £50 if you,re lucky... £225 based on recent loans, possibly more if people feel they are already exposed enough/worried about old structure loans.

Should learn some patience :-)
and prefunded, just a little tickle on this one

Plenty of activity on the site. I've got my beady eye on progress. The site is quite a big one. The northern end is looking quite smart with all the new windows fitted. Access inside the complex is a bit tricky, but I'll go "snooping with purpose" over the weekend  |

Wouldn't surprise me if there was less pre-fund on this one, because people are already replete with 60.
For some reason, I've got it flagged as a "don't hold" - I think I had it as paying back soon. <looks back at updates> Yep, definitely "repaying soon". <scratches head>
