I see my pre-funding for the London loans has been reset to zero (as have all others) and now I cannot change them.
Has anybody else had this problem?

Send them an email. They are usually quick to respond. It may be due to system changes last night. There have been other case where pipline bids have been erased in error but not heard anyone say they cannot enter new figures?

Just guessing - maybe theyve split users across different servers and this is a problem on one?
Mine are all fine .....

Good Luck LW My experience differs, they have only responded to two of about five emails for me. I know this sounds like I'm making them look bad on purpose, actually I'm a newbie trying it out with small cash and debating further involvement, I'm not sure if I will get more into it, I'm watching this default very closely.

Juggling acts are pretty much the bread and butter of bridging loans. There is nothing odd about it at all. Where does the buck stop? There is no buck. Bridging loans are short term finance. Lenders who offer bridging loans are able to offer instant decisions and funds in exchange for high fees and rates. Traditional lenders and banks can take months to make a decision on a loan and by that time, the opportunity may have passed for the borrower. Bridging loans are used as a stop gap whilst either a sale or traditional finance can be sourced.

In list view, from the top - 112, 111, 113, 114, 106, 110, 109, D*****, S** B*******, A********, 107, 108, DFL H*********** (other block to PBL85)
