We do know, though, that company names as quoted in valuation docs aren't always gospel - there was a similar confusion in 106's valuation.

I've been away working, so haven't seen this line of conversation in regards to the additional names in the valuation report. I might have missed some posts so forgive me if I am parroting what has already been said So we have 4 companies... The borrowers indicated by SSS**** Enterprise ltd W*** & Co Property Partners Ltd Additional companies indicated on the valuation reportsD******* limited O***** Real Estate Ltd O***** Real Estate Ltd is connected to W*** & Co Property Partners Ltd beacuse it has the same common Director However, I can't connect them to S**** Enterprise ltd, apart from the common address And I can't find D******* limited at all. Exactly and a company to A******* G***** R********* inked to W**** & Co via another director, seems to be paying or has paid the bill for all the valuations including S**** Enterprise ltd

How arrogant that SS choose not give clarification on these questions, either here, or in notes on their own loan webpage that all prospective lenders can see.

Didn't make me laugh .. I also note the domain registration expires 22/June/16, so if you want to watch it you better hurry.
Gee I really hope this 'company' (virtual, unregistered) has nothing to do with the actual borrower. 8>.

Have you guys checked out the Youtube video linked on the above website... It's listed under Comedy...They've pulled out all the stops to produce a slick corporate video there... Perhaps SS could get some ideas from it?

OK...
So leaving d*******.com to one side for the moment (I think that it may be a coincidence...)
As mentioned, there is a 5th company mentioned in the valuation report (who it carried out valuation in the past); A******* Global Real Estate. It is connected to W**** & Co Property Partners Ltd via the same director that connects O***** Real Estate Ltd & W**** & Co Property Partners Ltd.
Check out A******* Global Real Estate website and twitter feed, and it seems they are very worried about the implications of an out vote in the upcoming Brexit referendum... I've got a feel there is some safeguarding going on here...

Checking the website, no SSL certificate. Also look at the youtube channel, linked from the website - only one video categorised as "Comedy", ummm. Can't seem to find youtube channel link, but one of the pages gives me Cyrillic text in the Tab (eastern European web design maybe?) One of those "London" houses is in California, supect one of the others is Canadian, presumably just placeholders. I feel that it's probably just an "idea trial" or Work in progress, rather than anything to do with these PBL's Brian

Apparently no webpage can exist without social media links these days. 8>.
