There is a bunch of "Travellers" moved onto site and now well encamped. Wonder who pays the legal costs for getting them moved on and clearing up the inevitable mess they leave behind? You have to be kidding me... I don't want to get in trouble with the MODs, but out loud when I read your statement I quoted a famous line from the movie Snatch...

Don't worry! Councillor Brown has urged the "travellers"* to be sensitive to residents and clean up mess. That's all right then. * substitute noun of your own choice. PS Good gracious! I've got £0.00 on this one

Most of the 'queue' is SS trying to dispose of the stuff nobody wanted to prefund, as you can see if you place 1p for sale (another reason to do so) and watch the queue move. I sold £x00 worth yesterday, in an hour or two (despite appearances it is actually one of the shorter real SM queues at the moment). Please excuse my ignorance, but how is it possible to see the 'queue' once you have put up an amount for sale? Thanks in advance. Djp

Djp "My Loans" > "Selling Loanparts" > Click on your loan > Column under "SALE QUEUE" is how much is ahead of your loan part

When you select your loan part to sell, you will be asked to specify how much of that loan part is to be sold, and just below the box in small font is the sale queue figure.

Try putting some up for sale and check your position in the queue (you don't need to commit the sale to see this). Your queue position will be a more accurate indication of the 'true' SM activity with this. I would do this myself but I don't currently hold any of this loan.

That's right; the sale queue is currently only £13,000, so that 300k must be either SS housecleaning or releasing more of the original loan.

Deafening silence! I wonder what is happening with this loan? Only 8 days to go, yet no update / encouragement / hope from SS. And no chatter here at P2PIF. Poor PBL106 - no one is interested in it any longer.

What's the connection between 095 and 106? (apart from both being Scottish, even though Lanark is reportedly in South Lancashire according to the 095 valuation: page 6).

Different borrowers (companies), but both these companies have the same director

if you do an internet search on "W******** I********* E*****" Glenrothes (there isnt an S on the end of W********) you should easily find the national marketing agents S****** sales particulars for PBL106 which shows the property as sold, and states An indicative layout over Phase 1 East has been prepared by EMA Architects showing 50 residential units. This scheme will require an amendment to the planning consent and accordingly offers are sought on a subject to planning basis
Put the planning application number into the Fife planning portal and it gives you the name of the former company which owned it L****** L*** Ltd which is now an ex parrot. Do a company check in Webcheck and the administrators progress report to 17 June 2016 states since my last report a sale of a northern section of W******** has been agreed for a consideration of £1,050,000 plus VAT. Completion is imminent. Its the same property.
No further planning submissions appear to have been made for the proposed planning amendment to 50 residential units, so it doesnt have such planning granted.
Site bought by someone for £1,050,000
SS loan is £2,450,000 on a valuation of £3,750,000???

Is the sale for the whole 20 acres? There was some planning for 5 acres and possible future planning for 15 acres (but no current value ascribed to this possible future uplift?).
Edited - 4.928 acres and 50 proposed homes on the bit that S****** website calls Phase 1 East
Converting the S****** square foot figure does indeed give 28 acres.
