28 acres according to S******
you need to read the planning for yourself (in particular have a look at the site masterplan) rather than accept what is stated

Not in either of these but just out of interest...
What's the connection between 095 and 106? (apart from both being Scottish, even though Lanark is reportedly in South Lancashire according to the 095 valuation: page 6).
Different borrowers (companies), but both these companies have the same directorNow I'm no expert in DD , but if you Google this Directors name P**** J**** S****** and then select "Companycheck" , it seems that this person has no fewer than 13 active directorships, some of which have only became active in the last week or two ? Bizarre to say the least ?

In the few minutes I had been looking at the S****** website the headline area has changed from square feet to acres (currently 28 acres). Either that or S****** have two different websites. I phoned to ask what exactly had been sold, but the person dealing with it , A*** N**** was out of office.
1260000 incl VAT divided by 50 houses gives 25k per plot as the land cost?
Badly worded advert?

Looks like a loan to stay away from, then.
But that's JMHO.

another loan now gone into negative days default without a single material update during the loan term, and a massive question mark over the valuation based on a planning scheme which hasnt even been applied for.

Observations based on their recent updates:
SS seem a little hazy on the definition of a week. (A fact pointed out by many.)
Even when they write '7 days' one is given to wonder if they can count that high. Long after I've reached the magical seven, SS still hasn't caught up.

SS- Loan going live Saturday, goes live Mon/Tue...... loan due to settle at the end of this week..... ends at the end of next year.... etc etc. MT- Loan going live 4pm Monday, goes live 4pm Monday..... Loan due to settle at the end of this week.... either settles on the day they say, or is re-listed on that day, quite often with a higher rate of interest.

Even more so when S****** have sold 28 acres for that price but the valuation repeatedly says the site is around 20 acres, an extra 8 acres isn't what I would call around.

In this day and age of interstellar travel, a week varies depending on where you are in space. And more importantly, your velocity relative to the SS HQ which is presumably on Earth.
