When I logged into saving stream from my Android phone this morning to check my pre fund setting for the new loan today I was alarmed to see it says 0. However when I opened the details it said my pre fund was still set at the correct amount. So when viewing on an Android phone looking at the prefund page it shows all mine as zero even though they aren't 0. When I open the same page on my old desktop PC I don't have this problem and it shows the correct figures.

During the sorting out of my portfolio over the last couple of days, I went into negative territory because of one loan part refusing to budge and today received not 1.....but 3 emails (all the same) telling me to get it sorted........my crime -£23! I wonder how many they would have sent for -£2300

I've had several for less than £1 Always amuses me, they say I've got a negative balance of £-0.10 Isn't that a positive balance? i.e. double negative. p'rhaps I should ask for my 10p back? Brian

Surprised not to see more of the recent London property parts up for sale.
I guess this is because most still have negative balances and so are unable to sell.

More likely that people are keeping the brand new loans and selling off the old "rubbish" (at least where possible). Each loan is individually not unusually large.

They just reverse out all your allocated transactions to put you back to the position you were in before the allocation that put you into the red. The whole transaction is reversed (not just the amount that you are negative by) such there is no evidence on your statement that the transaction ever happened.

Do they warn you of future conduct? suspend Prefunding? etc etc

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

I have a similar problem, don't want to sell my best loans to settle a negative balance. I would sell some that I bought in the last 7 days, but obviously can't. I withdrew money on Friday morning and again on Friday afternoon. Neither payment has arrived in my bank account. These payments would cover my negative balance. Is there any way of cancelling withdrawal instructions ?
I hope SS process withdrawals a few hours before deleting pre-fund allocations.

It not good for business cancelling other for those persistent offendors

I imagine they would kick you off the platform if you were a persistent offender or at a minimum restrict your ability to pre-fund, but I wouldn't worry to much if it is a once-off.

I have just put up for sale two loans 89 and 91, 81 has been sold and ammounted credited to my account, loan 91 has been 92% sold but no money credited to my account why is this? could it be that the money is only credited to your account when it is 100% sold?

If you a decent size investor and you just do it once or twice they will not do anything I would guess if you do it often then they might limit you prefunding without having money in account.

Yes , it will be credited once 100% sold.
