I successfully pre-funded todays new loans but I've noticed that my pre-funding is now set to £0 for anything else in the pipeline. Changing the global option or trying with each individual loan is not altering this figure.
Anybody else have this issue?

Anybody else have this issue? Yes; it was reported earlier today ( here - and several posts following) and I also had the same problem but did get my allocation. However, I have just had a look at my pre-funding and it seems to be back to normal.

Anybody else have this issue? Not working for me either and as you state no obvious solution.

Happened to me this morning. Contacted ss. They sent screen shot to show that I did have pre funding, even though it looked zero on my screen.

Anybody else have this issue? Hi again Just looked at this again and if I alter view (use horizontal line view instead of block view) it shows correct prefunding. Going back to block view shows zeros.

I found that if you click into each loan you will see what the pre-funding is set to for that loan, even though on the summary screen everything shows as zero.

I found that if you click into each loan you will see what the pre-funding is set to for that loan, even though on the summary screen everything shows as zero. If you're using a desktop browser (with the window wide enough) there are two symbols near the top right of the page, just below your available funds balance, one showing 4 squares and one showing 3 horizontal lines. Click on the one with 3 horizontal lines, and the layout of the page changes to the one that works properly (and which also lets you change the pre-funding for each loan without clicking through to its individual page).
