I put a shadow bid on the Law loan that has just rapidly filled, and now my dashboard tells me to settle the bid. But I seem to remember from another thread that I can expect an email from AC a few days before drawdown. Can anyone verify this? I don't want to get into trouble with AC for late settling, but nor do I wish to have funds sitting around doing nothing for a day longer than necessary, thanks.

I fell for this on my first shadow bid. This is a default position on your dash reminding you that the loan is closed, but settlement is not required until you receive an emailfrom AC.

Yes. I think this might draw down soon after 19 April when the previous loan is paid off. You will get an notification email a few days before drawdown.

Given the 19th is the Saturday of the Easter weekend, its more likely both transactions will be on Tue 22nd (or possibly Thur 17th)

As others have said, you will normally receive an email from AC a few days before drawdown, although occaisonally when legals go faster than expected (as happened today with the Wrexham loan) you get a phone call asking if its possible to settle asap.

That explains why so many loan parts appeared on the AM today that AI ran out of willing buyers for some of the parts. Even I picked up a few parts.
